The Secretariat for digital-ready legislation under The Agency for Digital Government has developed a range of concrete examples, from which ministries and agencies can find inspiration in the day-to-day work with digital-ready legislation.

The purpose of this catalogue is to provide an expansive collection of concrete examples of digital-ready legislation, which can be used to illustrate recommendations and benefits of making legislation digital-ready.

For legislative drafters in the relevant ministries, the catalogue of examples will thus be a useful tool in addition to the existing Guidance on digital-ready legislation.
